Our hotline started it all.  Staffed 24/7/365, it is available to you anytime to share any suspicion of maltreatment of a child, ethics violations, or any situation you aren’t comfortable.

Our team is always here to help with compliance answers and we work around the clock assisting coaches, adminiistrators, and families across the country.  We’re going to ask that you keep any billing or local program partner complaints, including team placements and athlete utilization, to your local program operator.

As a Misconduct & Ethics Hotline report receiver, we offer a convenient, anonymous digital reporting solution + a toll free hotline for athletes, families, coaches, owners, vendors and other interested parties to report their good-faith concerns, while supporting confidentiality.

 

Federally Compliant & Permanent

Our misconduct reporting solution meets the federal SafeSport Act requirements. Based on Federal Corporate Whistleblower systems, our reports are not able to be deleted- so regardless of who the report pertains to it will remain unaltered.

Our hotline provides 24/7/365 anonymous and confidential reporting for athletes, families, employees, vendors, or other interested parties by web form submission, toll-free phone, or text message. Text and phone reporting channels are provided in multiple languages.

Both English and Spanish are provided on the phone and text solutions. Anonymous 2 way communication is available, if the reporter opts in.

Authorized company personnel can sign in at any time to add information to existing reports, obtain status updates and include progress notes. Users also are able to assign individual cases to specified employees for review, while keeping them from seeing other reports- ideal for franchise or multi-location companies.

You are free to cancel at any time on our month-to-month plan.  We don’t think you’ll leave, but if you’re not happy with our five-star service, there isn’t an extended agreement to slow you down.

Quick Setup

Immediately upon registration, your company will be emailed a Company ID, and your customers, employees, and more will be able to start making good-faith reports.

Document Upload

If desired, the reporting individual can upload documents to support their complaint. Also documents can be attached to the case by company users such as external reports created by Investigators.

Technology

Our service is hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud. All Data is stored in Encrypted format and is geolocated on two server farms on the East and West coasts of the US. Hosting on the Microsoft cloud guarantees 99.9 percent uptime, data redundancy, and allows us to take advantage of all of Microsoft’s built in security protocols for their cloud platform.

Retention

All reports are permanently retained and easily retrievable. The reports are not deletable, so regardless of who the report pertains to it will remain unaltered.

Independence

Offering a third party independent Ethics hotline service gives your employees more confidence that their anonymity will not be violated, and they will not suffer any retribution for their reports.

Two-Way Communication

Our report status page allows reporters to check on the status of their report by inputing their report key. For comprehensive two way communication, a report that is entered through our Web form allows the reporter the option of allowing two way communication (with our service as an intermediary). Reports that are submitted with this option chosen will email the reporter to respond to any questions you may have about their report, and once the reporter responds SCC/ Safe Hotline will email you notifying you of their response.
